A Sony ATRAC decoder IC, intended for playback only use cases. This was an LSI-style chip, combining MD and CD processing with a DAC, Shock-Resistant Memory Controller, and LPF all into one package. Presumably meant for use in a CD/MD combo unit, but only for playing them back.
